The Limani

This places is awesome. This is the best greek food I’ve had in all USA. I have been in this place several times. This could not be the most beautiful restaurant but their food and the atmosphere is the closest to greek that you will ever experience.Everything in the menu is prepared at the moment, food is super fresh, flavors are on point. We ordered a pork and chicken souvlaki kabobs plate, pita and tzatziki sauce and a Gyro pita. Everything was fresh and tasted excellent. I have tried almost everything on the menu and never felt disappointed.This is one of the examples I use to tell everybody that you don’t need to go to a fancy restaurant to eat really good food.

My friend and I rode our bikes to The Limani for some chicken pitas. They were awesome! Plenty of seating in the shade and right on the water! Cash only! Leave your order up front and they'll bring it to you. 10 out of 10. Prices are cheaper than most others. Great place to stop by for something Greek but not having to pay Restaurant prices.

Stopped in here on a busy Saturday and couldn’t recommend this place enough. No frills CASH ONLY quick gyros and Greek food. Went with the gyro and some fried shrimp. This place is amazing and one of the best gyros I’ve ever had. Stop in here if you don’t want to wait for table service.

As recommended by our boat captain I stopped here for lunch. Amazing prices and the food was delicious. I was able to snag a table by the water and two dolphins swam by! I had the chicken pita

Our favorite lunch place at the #spongedocks in #tarponsprings. The chicken pita is delicious albeit a bit messy And their Feta fries are perfectly crispy, drizzled with a light lemon sauce, then generously Sprinkled with Feta and Oregano; absolutely craving worthy.They also do Plain fries, Garlic fries and Greek fries as well as Beer Battered Onion Rings (need to try those sometime but how do I justify them and the Feta fries )Everything is so fresh and made to order, very nice people and outdoor only seating with a nice view of the boats moored and the Anclote River.They do only take cash but there is a universal ATM by the ordering window if you forget.Afterwards go for a stroll or shopping along the Sponge Docks. Makes for a perfect afternoon especially this time of year

We ordered the Greek feta fries and pitas, and they were absolutely delicious! Everything came out quickly and piping hot, making it perfect for a satisfying meal. The Limani is definitely a great spot to stop for lunch, highly recommend checking it out!

The food looked and tasted amazing and priced right. There are tables outside on the dock. It was such a beautiful night to enjoy some good food by the water. Service was excellent.
